Rich people die on voyage to see how rich people died

Tonight in headlines, “Satan twirl’s his mustache” as billionaire deep sea tourists perish in sub marine collapse during voyage to see the final resting place of the Titanic.

Sad to see Jame’s Cameron giving way to pressure and doing Hollywood reboots. One review says, "New Titan tragedy is an instant gratification knock off with no time to ponder life choices”.

It’s sad to say that the irony of spending exorbitant sums of money to die on a voyage to see the fallen Titanic was lost on the billionaires instantaneously pulverized in a pressurized heat death.

This always happens. Whenever there's a 50,000 ton pileup in the Atlantic some asshole lookie-loo in his deep sea submarine has to slow down and cause a pileup. Fortunately there was no traffic slow down because no one with a commute is 12.5 thousand feet under the ocean.

Just remember, they spent $250k, the equivalent of a couple down payments on a house, just to become a kind of contrived footnote in the history of one of man’s greatest lessons in hubris: “they did it again”.

Meanwhile, 300 Pakistani refugees have died during a boat capsized off the coast of Greece. And if you’re wondering how that stories ties in to this one, just ask the Greek Coast Guard, who seem to have a handle on tying things in.

For anyone else with a quarter million to burn, maiden voyages to see the wreckage of the now fallen Titan submarine will be scheduled soon, but before you’d go, I’d recommend reading the Cliff’s Notes.
